Forest Walk is a white noise study track with the calming sounds of the forest. It plays continually for 45 minutes, which correlates with the concentration span of students between grades 10-12 and tertiary students.
When the track stops, the student should get up and take an active break.
No TV, reading, electronic games, etc.
Go outside if at all possible, play with the dog, shoot some hoops, jog or walk around the block, etc. for 10-15 minutes before resuming homework or studying.
